Our Current Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Please note that our office is not open for visits. We are only taking phone call appointments at this time in order to keep our clients and our staff safe. Please do not come to our office without calling ahead and getting approval from the staff. We want to keep everyone healthy, and that means limiting our contact to the minimum amount possible.
Corona Virus Update
There's a lot going on in the world right now. We know that it's getting a little crazy out there and that people are worried. The Tapp & Tapp team takes our responsibility to our clients, our coworkers, and our larger community seriously. That's why we're ready to work with clients to find solutions and workaround to help keep everyone safe and healthy. Please keep checking this page to get up-to-date information on how Tapp & Tapp is dealing with the new normal.
Please understand that this is a fast-evolving situation and that we are continuously evaluating and updating our procedures to work on serving you all while keeping everyone safe.
OUR OFFICE WILL NOT BE CLOSING: As of now, we do not have plans to close the office. Some of our staff will be transitioning to work remotely for their health and that of their family. Our office will open at 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday until further notice. Saturday-Sunday hours may vary.
GETTING YOUR INFORMATION IN: Tapp & Tapp has several ways that you can get your information to our office.
1) Drop it off
2) Mail it in
3) Secure Online Portal - This year we have added the ability to send and receive your documents to us via a secure link. Please contact our office for more information.
We ask that if you have your information ready for us, please send it as soon as you can so that we can get started on it. The last thing we want is for everyone to wait until the last minute, only to find that there is another unforeseen complication. Additionally, although our new procedures are meant to keep everyone safe, it does increase or workload to some degree to coordinate getting all of the necessary information to our remote team members.
REMOTE APPOINTMENTS: In order to keep everyone safe, Tapp & Tapp will only be taking in-office meetings by appointment. There is limited availability for in-office meetings. We will be doing our best to contact all clients with upcoming appointments to offer to hold the meeting via phone, Microsoft Teams, or iPhone facetime. You may also contact us and request to change your appointment to a remote appointment if you don't hear from us for any reason. If you would still prefer to have an in-office appointment, we will ask you to call back to reschedule. We are happy to accommodate you based on our availability and safety concerns.
CONTACTING US: Tapp & Tapp is not halting our work. Our phone lines, email, & post will still be available through this time. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us through any of those methods. Please keep in mind that we have minimal staff in the office. We will do our best to answer any messages, but response times may not be as quick as they were previously.
